Jared Koch practices in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, probate, and guardianship and conservatorship law. Jared’s broad scope of practice allows him to provide comprehensive support to individuals and small businesses as they navigate their legal needs.

Jared assists clients with all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, leasing, and title issues. Jared is a licensed title insurance agent for Old Republic Title and is also an experienced 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary and advisor to clients in the Exchange process. Jared also works with small businesses on a variety of legal matters such as entity formation, succession planning, and purchase or sale of a business.

In addition, Jared dedicates a significant portion of his practice to estate planning, probate, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Jared emphasizes creating estate plans tailored to a client’s needs and helping families navigate the probate process after a loved one’s death. Jared also assists clients in incapacity planning through creation of health care directives and powers of attorney for their own affairs, or establishing guardianship or conservatorship of a loved one to provide ongoing decision-making support.

Jared graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with Highest Distinction in May 2018. While at law school, Jared served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nebraska Law Review and was the 2018 recipient of the Woods & Aitken Outstanding Student Award. Jared also earned CALI Awards for the highest score in each of 10 courses, including Real Estate Transactions, Business Associations, and Individual Income Tax.
