JANET COSTELLO

Janet has been a Paralegal at the firm since 1996. She has experience assisting our attorneys in a variety of practice areas including litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, estate and trust administration, real estate and family law.

Her work in litigation includes large case document organization and management, electronic document database management, medical record analysis and summary, drafting documents, conducting client and witness interviews, general and background investigation, trial preparation, and internet research. Janet assists attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration, including preparation of court documents, accountings, gathering information for estate and fiduciary income tax returns, and distribution of assets. She also has acted as personal representative for estates.

Janet is a Minnesota Certified Paralegal, a designation awarded by the Minnesota Paralegal Association to establish a standard of competency in the paralegal profession.

Janet is dependable and well-organized, and her calm demeanor under pressure makes her a key member of our team.
