Attorneys Silas Danielson and Alyssa Nelson host an annual landlord law seminar focused on landlord and property manager education. This year's seminar will focus on the following:

  • Legislation updates and implementation of the new legislation

  • Abandoned property, storage of abandoned property, housekeeping and related issues

  • Meet the newest Mankato Public Safety Housing Inspector, Mike Wetzel.

If you’re a landlord or property manager, join us on Wednesday, November 13th from 8:30 to 10:30 am at the Mankato Public Safety Center for this annual and well-attended event. Space is limited so register here.
